How to use your Beatsbody Massage Gun 3.0

 

 

In this section we show you some simple exercises and instructions for using your Beatsbody Massage Gun. Below we have a number of videos demonstrating 5 simple exercise that you can perform by yourself in the comfort of your own home.

All exercises are recommended to be performed for no more than 30 seconds at a time and please read the user manual before hand which comes included with each Beatsbody Massage Gun. Recommended to seek advice from your Doctor if you have any medical ailments or conditions.

 

Beatsbody - Ball Attachment - Quads

While seated, move the Beatsbody from the hip upwards toward the knee joint and repeat. This reduces tension and helps the muscle recovery faster.

  

Beatsbody - Ball Attachment - Calfs

While seated, move the Beatsbody from the Achilles to the top of the calf muscle. This reduces tension and helps the muscle recovery faster.

 

Beatsbody - Ball or Flathead Attachment - Chest

Apply gentle pressure with Beatsbody across the chest area in an L shape movement. This will reduce tension and help aid in muscle recovery. 

 

Beatsbody - Ball Attachment - Traps

Move the Beatsbody to relieve areas of stress and tension. Apply pressure to area to aid in recovery and reduce muscle tension.

 

Beatsbody - Ball Attachment - Biceps

Apply gentle pressure to the Bicep Muscle in upward and downward motions to loosen and relax the muscle.
